This fishing was most very good this past week. Crappies are still biting like crazy near green weeds in 8-12’, as are bass and northerns. Walleyes are being caught in the same depths, but also in deeper water, from 20’-25’. Crappies and 'eyes have been most active at night. Use fatheads and wax worms for the crappies and rainbow chubs for for pike and walleyes. Finally, big suckers have been catching big bass! Please be careful right now, and plan on walking onto the ice, wherever you go.
